This form is to be used to notify the superintendent of upcoming agenda items. Complete all needed areas to let the superintendent know about the topic and supply most, if not all background information when submitted. This information will allow the superintendent to better prepare and meet any deadlines for regular or special meetings. If the supporting materials to be provided at the meeting are in a digitized format (power point, etc), a summary page about the presentation shall suffice. The superintendent must know enough about the presentation to present a recommendation to the board in writing when meeting materials are sent via “I Learn”.
