  The Clark-Bourbon Day Treatment Program is one of 26 day treatment programs located throughout Kentucky. This program is contracted through the Department of Juvenile Justice, and was developed in 1997 as a collaborative effort between the Clark County, Bourbon County and Paris Independent school systems and the Kentucky Educational Collaborative for State Agency Children (KECSAC) for the purpose of providing an exceptional educational opportunity for adjudicated and at-risk youth.
