We the faculty
and staff of SSE believe that each student is a unique individual with
needs which must be met in order to achieve and develop to his/her full
potential. We believe that this is our responsibility to promote an atmosphere which will help students to develop a feeling of self
worth, respect for others, and a spirit of cooperation. We feel that it
is our responsibility to work together to create a climate in which the
staff, student, parent, and community work cooperatively to help
students acquire the necessary skills, attitudes, and knowledge to
become responsible contributing members of society in the future as well
as the present.
